The strength of your back will determine the support level you need for your back support or brace. Typically, weaker backs will need firmer supports. If you’re unsure how weak or strong your back is, the earlier you are in your rehabilitation journey, the weaker your back is likely to be. Additionally, the more advanced your arthritis, the firmer the support you will need.
