Q: What does Universal Size mean? Will the support fit me?

Lots of our products are Universally Sized, meaning that they will fit most body types. Most products will have further information on their product page detailing the maximum size that the support will fit up to.

 

Q: What does the support level mean? 

The support level indicator on the front of our product box is a simple way to determine how much support a Neo G product will provide. It does not mean that there are differing variations of the same product, but is more of a general guide to show the different support levels across our entire product range. For example our various Knee Supports will have differing support levels as some offer additional features or provide firmer compression.

Q: What age are Childrens Supports suitable for?

Children’s supports are designed to be universally sized and should fit most children up to the age of 12 (approximately). Most products will have further information detailing the maximum size that the support will fit up to

  

Q: My support doesn’t fit. Can I return it?

We offer a 30 day refund period providing that the product is returned in a re-saleable condition or it is faulty. Please get in touch with your order details to enable us to process your return, refund or replacement.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

Our USA website currently only ships domestically to the United States and to Canada. For international orders please visit our UK or Australian websites.

 

Q: How can I wash my support?

As a general guide always hand wash supports in cold water and leave them to dry flat. Do not expose them to direct heat or tumble dry them. For all our supports please ensure to follow the instructions on the hangtag or product box for proper care.

 

Q: I’ve got a problem with my knee. Can you offer me some medical advice?

Always consult your doctor or physiotherapist before using a Neo G product. As all bodies and injuries are different, we cannot offer professional medical advice.
