Apply to clean skin. With moderate stretch, wrap the bandage above and below the joint. Ensure the blood flow is not restricted. Tear by the hand or cut with scissors. Press the loose end over the wrapped area to secure the bandage. If the bandage becomes wet or damp, ensure the bandage is totally dry and the self-adhesive has returned before re-application.
